AG-18 curved upholstered chair by Radomsko Ton, 1970s













A curved upholstered type 18 chair produced by the Radomsko (Ton) furniture factory to a design by Michael Thonet in the middle of the last century. A chair of this type was created in 1876. A hand-curved arch forms the backrest, also imitating the outer lines. The Classic 18 model is in line with the characteristic style of the entire family of curved chairs that characterise all European cafés and bars. Shown here in the version with an upholstered seat. The obtained model labels indicate the period 1972 - 1976.
