Description: Group of six French chairs in solid mahogany belonging to the second half of the 19th century. The backrest covered with Vienna straw has a racket shape and is enhanced by the presence of a finely chiseled gilded bronze trim. The seat is covered in Vienna straw and rests on grooved truncated cone feet typical of the Napoleon III style to which it belongs. Condition: Restored by our restorers with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Provenance: 19th century France. Measurements: 50x45 H96cm.
