Description: Antique Louis Philippe Neapolitan console in gilded and carved wood with contemporary marble top. The band under the top is a triumph of foliaceous flowers and leaves while a beautiful shell acts as a connecting "key" on the forehead. A larger shell embellishes the connecting cross that joins the four feet. The feet in the upper part have a dense carving with a leaf motif and end with an everted curl. Provenance: Naples 19th century. General Conditions: Excellent condition, but with non-coeval gilding. Measurements: 140x55 H107cm. Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
