Oak and maple burl sideboard, widely popular in the 1950s. Unique in its kind, with multiple design details and exclusive finishes that complemented each other, making the piece harmonious and truly one of a kind. The conical legs are sculpted at different levels with vertical and horizontal lines, while a peculiar pelican stands out at the center. They support the oak body of the sideboard. At the center, four doors are flanked by a splendid petal-shaped carving with a burnt finish. Dividing the doors, the leg carvings are echoed, transforming into a sculpted column featuring the iconic pelican. The slender, sinuous handles are made of bronze, as are the tips and other small metal details. Once positioned, the sideboard is striking, elegant, and easily combinable with other furnishings.
