This wooden single bed and bedside table are designed by Paolo Buffa in the 1950s and they are of fine Italian workmanship. The bed has a classic rectangular shape, totally made of wood. There are 4 feet, but the feet under the headboard are rectangular, while the feet under the footboard are spike-shaped.The headboard and footboard are both made of wood and are similarly adorned with a wood panel, with weaves of the wood going to create a diamond pattern, very fine. The bed is accompanied by its bedside table. The nightstand is also made of wood, with hard, geometric shapes. There are 4 feet for support and they are all spike-shaped. It consists of a door, also decorated with diamond pattern and a brass handle in round patina, and an open space on the left. The bedroom set is ideal for rooms with vintage taste. The set is in original and good vintage condition, light wear consistent with use and time.
