Bronze goblet by Auguste-Maximilien Delafontaine (1813-1892), 19th century. Chiseled base with floral decoration, leaf and berries along the edge, handles embellished with a mask at the bottom. Whereas inside is a reproduction of The Great Cameo of France, a cameo worked in five layers of onyx, datable to about the second quarter of the first century A.D. and preserved at the Cabinet des Médailles in Paris.
