Beautiful umbrella stand designed by Ettore Sottsass in the 1960s and produced by Raymor N.Y. for Rinnovel. Made of bubble-coloured anodised aluminium and marked: Rinnovel Italy. Height 48 cm, diameter approx. 30 cm. Bibliography: Domus no. 310, September 1955, p. 48. Good overall condition, various signs of use and age, rare colouring.
