Extremely elegant and functional, one of the most recognised mid-century Danish teak bookcases by Poul Cadovius, produced by Cado in the 1960s. The inscription 'Made in Denmark' is preserved on some shelves. The set is characterised by brilliant joinery and the rich teak wood grain. It consists of: a 3-drawer chest of drawers H: 42.5 / W: 80 / D: 37.5 cm, height of drawers from the top: 7.5 cm, 11 cm, 15 cm; a cupboard with glass doors H: 56 / W: 80 / D: 24 cm; a bar cabinet H: 33.5 / W: 80 / D: 30.5 cm; a shelf 30 cm deep; 3 shelves 20 cm deep; 3 wooden rails 199 cm long; brass fittings.
This is an entirely modular shelving unit that can be arranged and set up as desired. Very good original condition with slight signs of wear.
