Item description
Wood industrial optician's chest of drawers, 1950s. The color scheme is the original one: the body is beige/cream while the drawer fronts are in various shades of gray (including handles); the colors have not been touched, just cleaned up. Equipped with retractable casters under the base and seven drawers (two small and five large); the top two drawers among the five large ones have an additional compartment at the bottom while the last three have no inner divisions. The top has been restored wood color. All drawer insides have been cleaned and finished with protective shellac. It should be noted that some insides are stained (see photos). Furniture with original patina that, due to its compact shape, can be used in multiple environments because it is very versatile.
