4 Brass and leather chairs by Rima, 1970s

Four chairs in solid brass and leather by the firm Rima. The chairs have a curved solid brass frame. The seat and back are made of grey leather which shows wear and signs of time. The leather of the seats has not been replaced since, as can be seen from the photos, it is marked with the company name, as is the frame of the chairs. Original in every part. The company Rima of Padua was a leader in the production of chairs with chrome-plated metal and brass in the 1970s and 1980s. Great names from the design world such as Gastone Rinaldi worked for the company, creating iconic models that have marked the history of design. The Rima company was the springboard for the career of designer Rinaldi, who took his first steps within it, founded in 1916 by his father Mario Rinaldi.
