Submerged diamond ashtray by Murano- Flavio Poli for Seguso (Murano, Italy, 1960s). Made of thick green/yellow and transparent glass. It is extremely decorative. It can be used as a display piece on any table. Height: 8 cm; length: 12 cm; width: 12 cm. "Submerged" is a technique developed in Murano in the 1930s and became very popular in the 1950s-70s. The result is a glass with contrasting colors and hues. The result is glass with contrasting colors, commonly covered with a transparent layer.
