This rare cube-shaped coffee table belongs to the original furniture of the Piper Club in Turin, a legendary Italian venue for rock and contemporary art exhibitions. The club, designed according to the principles of radical architecture, was furnished with custom-made pieces. Its architects, Giorgio Ceretti, Pietro Derossi and Riccardo Rosso were the founders of the Strum Group, an important Italian radical design group. The table is in good general condition: signs and wear consistent with age and use.
