Pair of teak and rattan beds attributed to Kai Winding (Denmark), 1950s. They feature a sturdy teak construction, which displays the rich, warm tones and beautiful grains of high-quality wood. The headboard and backrest are decorated with intricately woven cane, adding a touch of natural elegance and texture to the pieces. The new firm quilted mattresses, covered with natural wool in shades of grey-beige, together with a decorative pillow, offer comfort and an elegant appearance. The harmonious mix of materials and styles gives the pieces a touch of vintage charm and Scandinavian simplicity. The versatile design allows them to function as both comfortable seating and an elegant focal point in a living room or guest bedroom. Both are in fantastic condition after restoration. Special care has been taken to ensure the finish and authenticity of these vintage pieces. The original teak wood structures have been cleaned and treated with protective oil to enhance their grain. The new bases under the mattresses and the padding inside offer comfort and durability. Seat height: 42 cm. Height from the ground: 21 cm. The mattress is 15 cm high, 190 cm wide and 84 cm deep. The cushion is 83 cm long and has a diameter of 15 cm.
