Romano Conversano, Natura Morta, Lithograph 1980s-1990s

The proposed print is a lithograph made on fine paper with a print run of 100 copies, in very good condition. The lithograph bears the print number with the print run in the lower left margin and the artist's hand signature in the right margin on the front.Romano Conversano trained at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice and after the war resided for a few years in Rovereto, where he animated the city's cultural life. In this print, Conversano's typical colour scale proves unmistakable. The artist's landscape-themed works tend, as in this case, to favour small portions of the landscape. The composition is harmonious and details reduced to a minimum to transform reality into lyricism. In this work of expressionist attitude and manipulation of reality into pure emotions, the essential drafting of the pictorial material plays a fundamental role.
